Tailored to your event, we plan & quote bespoke to you, with options for any size & delicious add-ons to round off your meal.
Whether it’s a sit down dinner with all the trimmings or a tasty top-up treat after the main event, we cater to your requirements .
We can serve anywhere - in an open field or linked with a venue; our set-up is totally independent.
MEAT ROASTS
Choose from Pork, Lamb, or Beef; slow roasted on our specialist spits for delicious tender meat and of course, that all-important crackling.
Our stainless steel roasters rotate the meats over flame for 12 hours to gently baste in its own juices keeping it moist and succulent.
We arrive ready to carve and our roasts can serve anywhere from 50 people to a few hundred, dependent on what meat, serving style, and how many roasters we bring!
We offer a range of sides - all homemade - to round off your meal. Choose from our selection of hot and cold salads, slaws, and scrumptious sauces! Just ask us about it in your enquiry form.
GIANT PAELLA
A spectacle in itself, our giant 45 inch paella is a real food centrepiece.
Taking around an hour to cook on-site in front of your guests, our chicken-and-rice Spanish-influence dish is seafood-free and as fresh as it comes.
Perfect for up to around 120 guests and with a vegetarian option available either instead of or on the side of our chicken dish.
THE TEAM
We’re Robbie & Molly, the new owners of Crackling Fayre. As farmers ourselves we’re on first-name terms with our suppliers and champion local, seasonal, and high-welfare produce. Having been brought up on classic farmhouse cooking we’re both foodies at heart - who never skimp on quality and will always prioritise the delicious!
We make a friendly & professional team, and we’re really excited to bring you some of our favourite foods - our traditional meat roasts with crunchy crackling, served with seasonal salads and sumptuous sauces are our favourite kind of meal. We know that great events are made by great food.
We’re fully insured and have all Health & Hygiene certificates. Our machines have CORGI gas certificates and are PAT tested, and our facilities are Local Health Authority approved.

Woods Farm
Supplied by T.W. Ludgate of Thame, all the Woods Farm pigs we use for our Hog Roasts are from RSPCA Freedom Foods Accredited Herds, are born and reared outside and finished in straw yards.
Based in Oxfordshire, these locally produced pigs are perfect for roasting with an excellent meat:fat ratio for succulent meat and crispy crackling. We can also source specialist Native Breed pigs.

Nash Bakery
The Nash family have been baking in Bicester since April 1929. Will, the third generation of the Nash family, is still baking in Bicester. Not only is Nash our local bakery, but baked fresh and delivered to us within 12 hours of an event, Will’s soft, fresh, and perfectly browned rolls are second to none when it comes to complimenting our meat roasts.

Jenny's Kitchen
We’re incredibly fortunate that Mum is an excellent cook. She home-makes all the trimmings that turn what we offer into a full meal. Think green and tomato salads sourced from local, regenerative producer James at Liberté Market Garden; homemade apple sauce (often from our own apple trees!), and seasonal slaws and potato sides. Mention it in your enquiry if you want some extras!

Padbury Meats
Our local butcher who supplies premium quality, locally-reared produce supplies our Beef and Chicken. Elliott pride himself and his butchery on his experience, knowledge, and local sourcing. Beef from Padbury is Prime Hereford, Limousin & Angus direct from award-winning Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire farmers. Their chicken is free range Cotwolds Whites supplied by T.W. Ludgate & Son of Thame.

Little Oaks Farm
Our very own farm! As sheep farmers, we are very proud to supply our own Lamb to Crackling Fayre. You can’t get any closer to home than that. Dependent on seasonal availability, we can also offer Hogget (a sheep between 1 and 2 years old) or Mutton (a mature sheep with more fat and deeper flavour).
